Product Description

The RIP 120 (V2) is a 120mm true x frame, it’s designed to be a small, lightweight and durable fpv platform that packs all the punch of its much larger rivals. You can build a RIP 120 to be under 100g including a 500mah 2s pack, this makes it feel hella powerful and agile. When built correctly, the way this flies will surprise you and before you know it, your 250s will be gathering dust. The RIP is at home in the yard or the park and will take all the beatings you want to put on it. It’l accept an micro CCD camera such as the Runcam Swift micro or Foxeer Arrow micro, you can set your preferred tilt angle with these options from 0-45 degrees. The RIP is constructed to the highest standards using the strongest carbon in a fly matte finish, the standoffs are lightweight aluminium and the bolts are titanium to get the weight down while retaining the strength of heavier steel bolts. No corners cut here.

For this batch, we will include all printed accessories, free of charge.

I personally recommend the Spintech ST1106, a 20a small esc, a Furious Piko V4, a Runcam Swift camera, A VTX03 and either a LemonRX satellite if you fly DSM or a Frsky XM+ if you fly Frsky. The Lipos I’d recommend really depend on your choice of propeller and motor KV.

If you have any questions, please ask on the Rotorious FPV Underground Facebook group so we can share the information.

RIP 120 accessories are available separately.

Want to learn brushless? This is your frame. I started out with 1105B and 3″ props and when I first took off I ’bout decapitated myself. That was only the first of many crashes I would have learning to control this unstoppable force, including brick walls, concrete, birch trees, and asphalt. This has held up to all I have thrown at it, including most recently testing with the Spintech 1106ST 8000kV motors. To conclude, this frame delivers every bit in performance (or more) that it does in looks.

By far my favorite micro. Followed build recomendations and came out great. Only run 2s lipo and its plenty fast. I bring this quad with my and fly it everywhere. Frame is amazing quality, have crashed it alot and frame still holding up. Link to me flying this bad boy with all build parts. https://youtu.be/IlvAyBbdu4k

My choice for the BEST brushless micro frame for 11XX motors.
Simple, elegant, thoughtful details, no unnecessary additions or frills, and super tough.
It can use individual esc’s or a 4-in-1 for more flexibility when building.
Electronics stack is easily accessible for wrenching.
Basically a micro racer’s dream kit.

I was somewhat sceptical to buy this frame. but it is truly amazing, it is my best flying quad …. and i really thought i would´t fly my 5″ no more ….. only the top speed that can´t compete with my 5″, otherwise its perfection. and the batterys are 7-12usd a piece ….. so you can get a lot of them…
